The workouts I design for my clients are based on the concept of "functional fitness". We work towards a level of fitness that isn't only applicable to your workouts. Fit in the gym is great, but we work towards real-life fitness, where your whole body works synergistically in real-life situations. We train your whole body to work as a unit - not just isolate muscles to work in specified positions. Functional fitness gets you fit for your life, not just for the gym.

Small Group workouts currently meet Mondays 9am & Wednesdays, 9am & 6pm. (1-hour) Full-body workouts with an emphasis on form and functional strength. These workouts are open to everyone, however I limit the number of participants to ensure you get individualized attention. Please contact me prior to your first workout if you are not a current client.
Small Group Training: $20/class. Pay as you go or purchase a package of sessions to be used as your schedule permits.

You don't need an hour in the gym every day to get a great workout! These intense, 30 minute workouts are designed to maximize your results while minimizing your time in the gym. Compound movements, supersets, and high-intensity intervals are used. Effective for cardiovascular health too. This approach is great for those wanting more than one session per week with professional support. We will work together on strength, agility and flexibility and I will provide specific direction for your cardio workouts for you to do on your own.
The Express Train: $35/session. Sessions can be shared. (2 person max)

This focused program is a workout for your body and a workout for your life. Why? Because all the effort you put into exercising and nutrition must have an underlying mindset that supports your new habits or your progress won't last. (Ever dieted then gained it all back?) This is where coaching comes in: the majority of your hours are spent outside the gym, and those hours are critical to your success. Strength and vitality are built in the gym; weight loss and great health happen in the kitchen and your mindset.
In this program you'll get 2 sessions weekly: 30 minutes each. One session is pure workout: intense, effective, full-body. Functional fitness at its best. The second session is focused on short and long-term strategy; these sessions support your life outside the gym. We'll cover eating: how, what, how much, and when. We'll plan your other exercise sessions. We'll design simple changes to implement into your daily life that will yield huge results. Over the course of our work together you'll have on-going email support (M-F) for accountability and focus. Lose weight, feel great, gain control.
Coach + Train: $70/week, 4 week minimum commitment. Solo only; no buddy sessions. Call or email me to get started.
Belong to a different gym than the one where I'm based? Or not a member of a gym at all? Not a problem. This program doesn't rely on face-to-face meetings. You don't even need to set foot in a gym to succeed. I've worked with clients from other towns and states. Our work together can be done via phone or Skype and we'll "meet" once weekly for 1 hour or twice weekly for 30 minutes, your choice. These are 30 minute workouts on the TRX Suspension Training system to improve your overall strength and reshape your body. Use your whole body for every movement, just as the body was designed to work!
